Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic device you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack With Care
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
- 4.Verification and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
